Fuji Xerox Printers launches Phaser 3116 laser printer with enterprise level performance at competitive price

Fuji Xerox Printers Hong Kong has launched the Phaser 3116, a personal laser printer that delivers versatile and wide-range printing performance to Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and home users (SOHO) at a competitive low-end price.

The 14-pages-per-minute (ppm) Phaser 3116 Personal Laser Printer brings unsurpassed levels of printing performance to SMEs & SOHO users. Apart from producing crisper, sharper output than many comparable model, Phaser 3116 offers a variety of printing functions such as N-Up, Overlay, Watermark and Poster Printing that are usually only found in high-end printers, for easy preparation of every kind of documents with ease.

Powered by a 150 MHz high performance RISC processor with an 8 MB memory, Phaser 3116 gives an improvement of 127% in processor speed and 400% in memory capacity than its predecessor, Phaser 3115. It also helps process larger files faster. Compatible with Windows 98/Me/2000/XP as well as Linux support, Phaser 3116 allows a much more desirable and steadier printing performance, which is beyond the expectation of the users.

Phaser 3116 saves the manpower and time on refilling papers with a 250-sheet cassette input tray, which is 67% more in input than its competitors. An extra sheet feeder for envelopes, labels, card stock or transparencies is also available to increase the flexibility and versatility in paper handling. Heavy monthly duty cycle of 15,000 pages means 114% higher reliability than competitors who support only 7,000 pages per month. High reliability also means less down-time, less maintenance cost but maximum productivity.

The Phaser 3116 has a one-piece integrated toner with OPC Imager that is environmentally friendly and easy to install. The whole printer itself is very compact in size for space saving. The Phaser 3116 also features a special Toner Save Mode, which provides extra saving on toner and reduces cost per page.

The Phaser 3116 is now available through authorized retailers and authorized chain stores at a recommended street price at HK$888.
