Fuji Xerox Printers Launches Two Color Laser Printers To Cover Needs Of Workgroups Size From Home Offices To Large Organizations

Fuji Xerox Printers newly launched two A4 color laser printers, DocuPrint C525A and DocuPrint C2535A, providing a full range of color laser printing solution to serve any customer from small home office to large corporate enterprise customer.

The DocuPrint C525A producing crisp and sharp laser output at 25 pages per minute (ppm) black and 5 ppm color is ideal for customers who are looking for fast black and white printing and high quality color printing. The first page out time for color is under 17 seconds and monochrome at 8 seconds.

Powered by a 300 MHz processor with a base memory of 64 MB, the DocuPrint C525A is faster and more robust than competitors and is able to handle complex print jobs efficiently. The memory can be upgraded to maximum 576 MB when necessary.

Additionally, it is also the only color laser printer of its class to offer standard network connectivity (TCP/IP) that makes the printer accessible to everyone on the office network.

Its 200 sheet multipurpose tray offers wide media flexibility for custom paper sizes, envelopes, transparencies and labels. And maximum paper input can be up to 950 sheets, with uncompromised reliability of 45,000-page duty cycle.

It comes packed with innovative features such as the EA toner technology, which helps reduce toner cost, reduce machine contamination and use less power, in one compact and ergonomic design for increased efficiency and productivity.

The DocuPrint C2535A, a color laser printer features a single pass Fuji Xerox engine with newly developed Intelligent Imaging and unique multi-level acceleration technology that enables documents including fine text, graphics and photographs can be printed at optimum quality without compromising performance.

The DocuPrint C2535A, with the first page out time less than 16 seconds, prints at 35 pages per minute (ppm) in black and 25 ppm in color which not only raising office productivity, but also producing outstanding image quality for business and general office users

Featuring a powerful 400 MHz processor, a base memory of 128 MB and up to 1200 dpi resolution it produces high-quality color prints. The memory can be upgraded to 640 MB when necessary to process even large amounts of print data.

The DocuPrint C2535A comes with duplex and network ready as standard rather than as optional for other competitive models that the printer is ready for automatic 2-side printing and easy integration into most office networks – straight from the box.

Further highlights of the DocuPrint C2535A include its standard banner printing of size up to 210mm x 900mm and wide media handling capabilities. The auto duplex printing function and duty cycle of 90, 000 pages are the ideal choice in large offices with heavy printing requirements.

An oil-free Suspension of Polymer Solution Solvent (SPSS) toner is used which enhances the clarity of the printed documents and provides vivid and natural color imaging. Higher transfer of toner to a wide range of media including recycled papers helps prevent machine contamination and thus reduces the printing cost and minimizes the wastage produced.

The DocuPrint C525A and DocuPrint C2535A are available at the recommended street price from HK$3,588 and HK$9,998. The printers come with one-year on site warranty and are now available through Fuji Xerox Printers authorized dealers and resellers. During the newly launch period, Fuji Xerox Printers offers a program to end user of HK$600 supermarket coupon for every purchase of either the C525A or C2535A. Promotion period ends at 31 March 2005.
